Waterboarding Rules:
There are 24 Slots on the wheel of fate.
Waterboarding gets added at $1000 increments, but no waterboarding can take place until we hit ten grand, and then a waterboarding slot comes up on the wheel of fate.
Every $1000, Ken or Andy have to spin the wheel, taking turns and suffering the consequences, and then replacing the option that came up with "Waterboarding."
(At $10,000 raised, there will be a 10 out of 24 chance that waterboarding will come up)
Ken and Andy only get waterboarded once each.
